INSTRUCTIONS TO MOLD YOUR WHITENING TRAYS

Freakn' White Product Instructions

1. On the STOVE TOP, boil a pot of water and then remove the pot so that water is no longer bubbling.

2. While holding onto the tab on front of the whitening tray, soften the whitening tray by submerging it into boiling water for 3-10 seconds (you will notice the tray begin to wilt). Make sure that the whitening tray does not come into contact with the bottom of the pot causing it to melt. The whitening tray must be softened enough to properly make a mold of your teeth. NOTE – Overheating may damage or over-shrink the whitening tray.

3. Allow the whitening tray to cool just enough to eliminate the possibility of burning your mouth during the molding process. Position the whitening tray over your top teeth, bite firmly into the whitening tray and apply pressure with your fingers to the front of the whitening tray. At the same time, press your tongue on the roof of your mouth and suck all of the air and water from the inside of the whitening tray. Let the whitening tray cool and harden. Then remove whitening tray from your mouth. NOTE – You may reheat the whitening tray and repeat steps 2-3 if necessary to attain optimum results and fit.

4. After the whitening tray has hardened, place it into your mouth to assure a comfortable fit. If the whitening tray covers too much of your gums or continues past your rear (molar) teeth, you may use scissors to trim the excess material from the whitening tray. If you are satisfied with the results of the fit, use scissors to cut the holding tab off of the front of the whitening tray.

Repeat steps 1-4 for bottom teeth using the other whitening tray.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GEL APPLICATION

Gel 1 Freak’n White™ Clear Gel

Step 1. Remove blue cap from the syringe-end to expose applicator tip.

Step 2. Apply a thin bead of gel onto the area of both trays that come in contact with the front of your teeth (about half of the gel for each tray: upper and lower).

Step 3. Insert both trays (upper and lower) with whitening gel in your mouth. With a tissue, remove any excess gel that may contact your gums.

Step 4. Wear the trays for 20-60 minutes (longer duration increases effectiveness).

Step 5. Following the application, remove the whitening trays and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Step 6. Rinse the whitening trays thoroughly and dry completely.

Gel 2 - Freak’n White™ Violet Gel

Immediately after using the clear gel and drying the trays, begin the Violet gel application.

Simply repeat steps 1-6 from above with the Violet gel.

Wearing the trays for only 15 minutes.

* If sensitivity occurs, reduce the amount of time the clear gel is applied. If you simply can’t wear the clear gel, the violet gel may be applied without any sensitivity.
